Special Use Permit

All uses identified in the zoning districts, use table or elsewhere in the Development Regulations as a special use in any particular zoning district shall require approval of a special use permit.  Applications for special uses may be submitted by the owners or agents of any property affected.  Issuance of a special use permit requires review by the Planning Commission and final approval by the City Commission.  Barring any delays, the approval process may take up to 90 days.  Requirements for special use permits may be found in section 2.04 of the Development Regulations.
