Liquor License
- Start the process of obtaining a liquor license by filling out the state application form. A link to the Kansas State Alcoholic Beverage Control website is provided below.
- After completing the application bring it to the City Clerk's Office for zoning certification before submitting to the state.
- Once you receive the approved Kansas State License, bring the license to the City Clerk's Office to apply for your City Liquor License.
- The City Clerk's office is located at 100 N. 5th Street, Leavenworth.
