Join instructor Rachel Smith as she combines the muscle-sculpting, core-firming benefits of pilates with the strength and flexibility of flowing yoga movements. Use your body weight to perform a series of continuous, targeted moves to define every single muscle, big and small. This class is suitable for all fitness levels. Bring your own mat and plenty of water for this fun class.

Fee:  $5 drop-in fee, no other fees required
