Dad & Me Campout at Wollman

Join us at Wollman Aquatic Center for a night under the stars.  Pitch your tent in the grassy area, and then enjoy evening swimming, s'mores, and games.  Breakfast is on us the next morning. 

Limited to 20 tents.  

Registration:  Available April 1.  Must register by noon the Thursday before the event.

• In person at the Riverfront Community Center

Time:  8 p.m. - 8 a.m. Sunday morning

Fees: 

• $25 for tent with one parent and one child
• $5 each additional guest in the same tent

No refunds if you cancel with less than 48-hour notice.

Restrictions:  Charge is for an average 4-person tent, about 60 square feet.  Larger tents require a second registration.

Schedule of Events:

• Saturday
  • 8 pm - Gate opens
  • 8 pm to 10:30 pm - Swimming
  • 8:30 pm to 9:30 pm - S'mores
  • 10:30 pm - Lights out
• Sunday
  • 7:30 am - Breakfast
  • 8 am - Event ends

Waiver:
Payment to attend this activity/class means you agree to the following:  "I hereby give my authorization for participation in the activities of the above-named recreation activity or class.  I assume all risks incidental to the conduct of the activities or class and release, absolve, indemnify, and hold harmless the City of Leavenworth Parks & Recreation Department, the sponsors and supervisors.  Further, in case of injury, I hereby waive all claims against the City of Leavenworth, its sponsors, or any supervisors appointed to them.
 
Photographs and videos taken by the City during the activity will be used for marketing purposes by the Parks & Recreation Department and will become the property of the City of Leavenworth.
