Christmas in July Holiday Market

This NEW summer market will host a variety of vendors, all in air-conditioned comfort at the Riverfront Community Center.  Vendors will be selling new and/or gently used items.  Our last event included items such as homemade crafts, toys, jewelry, beauty products, and some fantastic artwork. General admission is free!

Vendor spots sell out fast, so register early for your spot.  We have booths available in the gym, on the track, and in the activity room.

Vendors may register and select your spot online (convenience fees apply) , or you may register in person at the Riverfront Community Center during normal operating hours.  

Vendor Information:

• Booths available with or without electricity.  $25 with electricity or $20 without electricity.
• Must register and pay by noon the Wednesday before the event.
• Fee includes space with one 6-foot table and two chairs. 
• Extra tables available (depending on location) for $5 each, maximum of one extra table per booth in the gym or on the track.
• Vendor set-up begins at 8 a.m., and doors open to the public at 10 a.m.
• Please note on your registration if you are representing a brand-name product as a courtesy to other vendors.
• No refunds if you cancel within 48-hours of the event.

Completing and paying for this registration means you agree to the terms outlined below.

• Absolutely no homemade food items are to be sold at the bazaar.

• All vendors must collect and pay sales tax.  Information will be provided.  Per the Department of Revenue for Kansas - "All federal, state, and local laws governing retail sales tax must be followed.  I understand the rules and regulations of the event and will comply.  I realize that failure to comply may result in expulsion from the event."  Refer to www.ksrevenue.org/specialsalesevents.html.

• I hereby waive and release for myself, my heirs, my executors and assigns, any and all claims and right for claims for damages that I may have against the City of Leavenworth, Kansas, its agents, officers, and employees, for any and all injuries or damages to person or property suffered by me in connection with my participation in this activity due to the fault or negligence of the City, in whole or in part, to the extent allowed by law.

• Photographs and videos taken by the City during the activity will be used for marketing purposes by the Parks & Recreation Department and will become the property of the City of Leavenworth.
