Recruitment & Training Specialist

Recruitment & Training Specialist: The City of Leavenworth is seeking qualified, motivated applicants for the above full-time position responsible for full-cycle recruitment and selection process and development and delivery of learning programs and training. 

Minimum Qualifications: HS diploma with at least 30 college course hours in human resources, training, business, or closely related field; 3 years of responsible experience in human resources with at least one year in both recruiting and training; OR equiv combination of education and experience; and possess valid state driver’s license at the time of application. 

Starting Salary:  $48,292 plus excellent benefits package.
