Community Development Coordinator:  The City of Leavenworth is seeking a qualified professional to plan and implement the block grant entitlement program and Emergency Solutions Grant.  This position also assists with the application and administration of development and redevelopment grants to assist the revitalization of Leavenworth.

Minimum Qualifications:  BA/BS Degree in related field of work or a combination of education and experience with CDBG and/or other grants commensurate with a BS or BA Degree (at least four years); must be able to type 30 WPM (typing test administered at Leavenworth Workforce Partnership Center); must have accurate knowledge of business English, spelling, and business math; must have 5 years progressive experience in a business, professional or public office setting; must be highly self-motivated; demonstrated ability to work independently without supervision; and possess a valid driver’s license. 

Starting salary:  $51,190 plus excellent benefits.
