Description of Work:  Project is to remove and replace the deteriorating existing stormwater system from the alley north of Pottawatomie Street south to Osage Street. This system has been seeing constant flooding at 741 Pottawatomie Street due to failed pipe and structures. The failing and collapsing stormwater system shall be reconstructed to better handle the stormwater flows from this large drainage area.
